Yes! Every tie-dye piece and tumbler is handcrafted by me, Daniela. Each item is truly one of a kind.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because everything is handmade, there may be slight variations in colour and pattern — that's what makes each piece unique and special!

Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! I love creating custom pieces. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and let me know what you have in mind.

What quotes can I choose from?
I have a range of uplifting and meaningful quotes available. You're also welcome to suggest your own for a custom order!

Orders

How long will it take to receive my order?
As items are handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has started, we may not be able to make amendments.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We'd love to help make your gift extra special — reach out to us and we'll do our best!

Shipping

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to all states and territories across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this stage, but stay tuned — we hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Returns

What is your return policy?
Because our items are handmade to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
