Shipping

At Raw Stitch Art, every item is lovingly handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metropolitan areas: 3–10 working days
• Remote areas: up to 21 days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind

As all our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please get in touch straight away and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
