2. Products

Raw Stitch Art sells a range of products. Some items — including our tie-dye t-shirts and quote tumblers — are lovingly handmade by Daniela. We also stock a selection of other products that are not handmade by us. Product listings will indicate where relevant.

As handmade items are crafted to order, slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish may occur — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–7 business days of purchase. Handmade items may require additional production time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Raw Stitch Art is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

For handmade-to-order items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. For other products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have any issues. If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Raw Stitch Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
